Got A New IPad? Read This Article! - Apple 2015 Tips for IPad Users ( New / Expert)

The iPad can do many things for people. Add a keyboard, and it's a simple word processing tool. You can add a joystick to make it a computer gaming system. You can use it for video conferencing by using the correct app. These tips help bring out the best in your iPad .

1.Whenever possible, use your screen lock to prevent the iPad from switching between portrait and landscape orientation. If you repeatedly pick up and put down the device, the constant switching and adjusting will consume more battery power. You can lock the orientation under the General setting's screen from your home screen.

2.If at all possible, use Wi-Fi to connect your iPad to the Internet instead of 3G. Using 3G continuously, you can expect to get around 9 hours of battery life. With Wi-Fi, you can enjoy your iPad for even longer before it needs a charge. If you don't need to connect to the Internet, disable both.

3.While many people enjoy the fact that the iPad screen is very bright, your eyes may get tired of looking at the screen after a while, particularly in the evenings. Push on the home button twice and move over to the right. You will notice a brightness indicator that allows you to change things up.
If you enjoy frequently using smiley face or alternate emoticons, have the Emoji keyboard. To get this keyboard, tap settings, then General, and finally, Keyboard. Tap the international keyboards' icon and look for Emoji. To add it, all you have to do is simply tap it. The next time you see the onscreen keyboard, it will be there.

4.Getting a sound alert every time you receive an email can be very annoying. Did you know you can turn off this annoying feature? First you need to go to Settings>General. Select Sounds. This will allow you to adjust or turn off any notifications.
Need to quickly mute your iPad? Try this. Just depress the volume button for only 2 seconds. This is a fast solution when you need the iPad to be silent for whatever reason. Hold it one more time to revert the volume.

5.It is easy to quickly mute your iPad. There was no mute button on the original iPad. When the 4.3 came out they did add the ability to mute using the lock switch to silence the iPad. Just tap and hold volume-down to quickly mute sound.
6.
When you want to copy and then paste text, tap it and click Select. After clicking copy, you can go into another application and place your finger down where you would like the text to go. A menu will come up that will let you click on paste. For an entire paragraph, you must tap four times.
Regardless of the reason that you purchased your iPad, you will soon find that it has even more to offer than you expected. With the proper advice, like what you have just read, you will be ready to yse your iPad right away. Apply what you've just learned, and have fun with your gadget.
